类风湿性关节炎乃人群中常见疾病之一,目前该病治愈率还比较低,笔者与几位同仁曾查阅大量书将、资料,选用几组中草药试治类风病若干例,经过数年临床疗效观察,以草乌风湿洒治愈率较高,达70.2%.一般治疗2～3个疗程均能收到显著疗效,现报道如下.1.临床资料 本组37例均为来门诊就医的RF阳性患者,其中男性11例,女性26例,男女比例为1:24.年龄7至56岁,平均31.5岁.中医治疗:患者服草乌风湿洒,方药如下:草乌9g 桂枝9g 全虫9g 玄胡9g 川芎9g 枳壳9g千年健9g 川牛膝9g 当归9g 木瓜209 地风20g 香附米20g (?)莶草20g 甘草9g 陈皮9g.将上述诸药置玻璃瓶中加白酒1500ml泡15日,滤渣被用,每日分早晚2次饮服,每次20～30ml,1个月为1个疗程.
