备用电源自投装置是避免电力系统发生大面积停电的一种安全自动装置,近年广泛运用到110kV以下电网内。在金华电业局110KV福田变10KV母分备自投(采用北京四方公司的CSB-21A备自投装置)系统试验中,发现四方厂家在编写CSB-21A逻辑时存在重大缺陷,造成10KV母分备自投误解1#主变10KV开关。针对本次系统试验中发现的问题,我们在局继保科的指导下,会同四方公司的技术人员进行了细致的分析、反复的试验论证,得出了几种解决方案。最后,在局专家和四方技术人员的协商下,选定了解决方案,很好的解决了CSB-21A运用中的逻辑错误问题。
