千斤拔主产于云南和广西,是我国传统壮药,具有祛风除湿,强壮筋骨,活血解毒的功效,民间有较高的药用和食用价值。《中国药典》(2015年版)附录及地方标准虽有收载,但并没有千斤拔质量控制标准内容,对于千斤拔的多基原特性,其标准的针对性、专属性尚待完善。笔者通过文献整理,对千斤拔的性状及显微鉴定、薄层色谱、指纹图谱、分子鉴定等进行分析和归纳。结果表明,千斤拔的质量控制模式主要以多指标同步质控、总成分质控和指纹图谱为主,TLC、UV、HPLC、红外光谱(IR)、气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)、电感耦合等离子体光谱法(ICP-AES)等色谱光谱技术以及内部简单重复系列-聚合酶链式反应(ISSR-PCR)分子标记技术在千斤拔质量控制中的应用均有了系统的研究。这些为千斤拔资源系统研究与质量控制提供参考。
Thousand pounds of main production in Yunnan and Guangxi, is China’s traditional Zhuang medicine, with Qufengchushi, strong bones, blood detoxification effect, folk have a higher medicinal and edible value. Although the appendix of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015 Edition) and local standards are included, there is no standard content for quality control. For the multi-base original features of the jin jin pull, the pertinence and specialization of the standard are yet to be improved. Through literature review, the author analyzed and summarized the traits and microscopic identification, thin-layer chromatography, fingerprinting, molecular identification, etc. The results showed that the quality control mode of jack catching mainly consisted of simultaneous multi-index quality control, total quality control and fingerprinting. TLC, UV, HPLC, IR, GC-MS, , Inductively coupled plasma spectrometry (ICP-AES), and simple internal repetitive series-polymerase chain reaction (ISSR-PCR) molecular marker techniques have been systematically studied. These provide a reference for researching and quality control of jin jin resources.
