STATCOM是柔性交流输电系统(FACTS)中无功补偿的发展方向,其基本控制方式的研究具有重要意义。首先运用PSCAD/EMTDC软件对STATCOM两种基本控制策略:恒电压控制与恒无功控制进行仿真分析并比较两种控制方式的优缺点。为了改善直流侧电容电压波动问题,在基本控制基础上附加定直流侧电压控制并取得了良好的效果。最后,分析强制补偿控制投入后对带有定直流侧电压的恒无功控制策略的影响,指出恒无功控制在提高电力系统暂态稳定性方面的优势。
STATCOM is the development direction of reactive power compensation in flexible AC transmission system (FACTS), and the research of its basic control method is of great significance. Firstly, PSCAD / EMTDC software is used to simulate STATCOM two kinds of basic control strategies: constant voltage control and constant reactive power control, and compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two control methods. In order to improve the DC capacitor voltage fluctuations, based on the basic control additional constant DC voltage control and achieved good results. Finally, the influence of forced compensation control on constant reactive power control strategy with constant DC voltage is analyzed. The advantages of constant reactive power control in improving the transient stability of power system are pointed out.
