本文报告17例原发性上颌窦恶性间叶组织肿瘤,占同期上颌窦恶性肿瘤总数的7.2%。本病较少见,大部分发病在40岁以下。本文30～40岁者占64.7%。17例中五年生存率为17.6%,结合本组病例对该病的诊断、治疗及预后进行了讨论。
This article reports 17 cases of primary maxillary sinus malignant mesenchymal tumors, accounting for 7.2% of the total number of maxillary sinus malignant tumors over the same period. The disease is rare, most of the incidence of 40 years of age. This article 30 to 40 years old accounted for 64.7%. The five-year survival rate was 17.6% in 17 cases. The diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the disease were discussed in combination with this group of patients.
