本文为重大危险源的实时安全监测控制提供了一个先进通用的范例。系统首先通过传感器实时接收CO泄漏数据,当浓度超标后,系统将在工作现场及几个有关场所分别进行声、光报警和语音报警,并自动控制通风设备进行事故排风。此外,可用工控机对所有的监测数据进行自动存储、统计、分析、查询、作图、打印等.该系统已在132厂得到了成功的应用,在国内居领先水平。其监控原理适用于其它有毒气体及燃烧爆炸场所的泄漏监控,具有广泛的推广价值。
This article provides an advanced and common paradigm for real-time safety monitoring and control of major dangerous sources. The system first receives the CO leakage data through the sensor in real time. When the concentration exceeds the standard, the system will respectively perform sound, light alarm and voice alarm on the working site and several related places and automatically control the ventilation equipment to exhaust the accident. In addition, IPC can be used for automatic monitoring of all data storage, statistics, analysis, query, mapping, printing and so on. The system has been 132 plants have been successfully applied, leading in the country. Its monitoring principle applies to other toxic gases and leak monitoring of combustion and explosion sites, with a wide range of promotional value.
