运用生命周期成本法分析了首钢京唐钢铁公司某敞开式净循环水系统的生命周期成本。对该系统在运行过程中涉及的各项成本进行量化分析,并且随季节变化而改变系统边界条件,从而得出不同的浓缩倍数的优化结果。企业可由此借鉴开式循环水系统的优化设计、运行及改造。
The Life Cycle Cost (LCA) method is used to analyze the life cycle cost of an open net circulation water system of Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel Company. The various costs involved in the operation of the system were quantitatively analyzed, and the system boundary conditions were changed with the seasons, so as to obtain different optimization results of the concentration multiples. Enterprises can learn from the open circulating water system optimization design, operation and transformation.
