目的探讨电切镜下同期治疗前列腺增生伴膀胱结石患者的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月至2015年2月辽宁省抚顺市中心医院收治的58例前列腺增生伴膀胱结石患者作为研究对象,根据患者膀胱结石大小和个数分别予以电切镜电切环钩出结石、气压弹道碎石以及小切口膀胱切开取石术,然后再采用前列腺电切除术进行治疗,分析患者治疗效果、并发症发生情况,并比较治疗前后前列腺症状评分、生命质量评分、残余尿量及最大尿流率。结果所有患者均手术成功,总有效率为96.6%,并发症发生率为5.2%,治疗后患者的前列腺症状评分明显低于治疗前,生命质量评分、最大尿流率均明显高于治疗前,残余尿量明显少于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论电切镜下同期治疗前列腺增生伴膀胱结石患者临床疗效明显,并发症少,可明显提高患者的生命质量,改善其临床症状。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of concurrent resection of benign prostatic hyperplasia with bladder stones under resectoscope. Methods From January 2014 to February 2015, 58 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stones treated in Fushun Central Hospital of Liaoning Province were selected as research objects. According to the size and number of patients with bladder stones, resectoscope was used to excise the stones , Pneumatic lithotripsy and small incision cystectomy and lithotripsy, and then treated with resection of prostatectomy, analysis of the treatment effect, complications, and compared before and after treatment of prostate symptoms score, quality of life score, residual urine volume and The maximum flow rate of urine. Results All the patients were operated successfully. The total effective rate was 96.6% and the complication rate was 5.2%. The scores of prostate symptoms were significantly lower than those before treatment, the quality of life scores and the maximum urinary flow rate were significantly higher than those before treatment, Residual urine volume was significantly less than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The resection of benign prostatic hyperplasia with vesical calculi in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and cystolithiasis has obvious clinical curative effect and less complications, which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and improve their clinical symptoms.
