引锭链是连铸机上的重要设备,每个引锭链由数十个链节组成,链节的防反弯齿使引锭链只能单相弯曲。梅山炼钢厂引进的意大利二手弧形板坯连铸机的4个链节因防反弯齿磨损和断裂而报废(如图1所示),该厂当时暂无备用链节,急需修复。厂方提供了该型号链节的现场测绘图(如图2所示)及相关资料,但数据与实际检测结果存在差别。为此,我们以实际检测数据为依据,选择合适的堆焊材料,制定合理的堆焊修复工艺,对报废的链节进行修复。
The dyno chain is an important equipment on the continuous casting machine. Each dyno chain consists of dozens of chain links, and the anti-crank teeth of the chain links can only single-phase bend the dyno chain. The four links of Italy’s used curved slab caster imported from Meishan Steel Plant were scrapped due to wear and tear of anti-crank cusp teeth (as shown in Figure 1). There was no spare chain link at this time and there was an urgent need for repair. The factory provided the site map of the model link (as shown in Figure 2) and related information, but the data and the actual test results are different. To this end, we use the actual test data as the basis, select the appropriate surfacing materials, develop a reasonable surfacing repair process, scrapped links to repair.
