用硬聚氯乙烯塑料代替不锈钢、有色金属制造各种化工容器,化肥设备等,具有重大的政治经济意义。它的最大特点是,能耐各种酸的腐蚀,若使用合理,几年不需修理。早在1961年我国就搞了第一台直径2米、高15米、厚15毫米的硬聚氯乙烯塑料塔,经过使用效果良好。后来又搞了一个塑料衬里塔(钢结构内衬4毫米厚的塑料板),吸收塔之外观见图1、2。目前年产5000吨合成氨厂用硬聚氯乙烯塑料制造硝酸吸收塔,
With PVC instead of stainless steel, non-ferrous metal manufacturing all kinds of chemical containers, fertilizer equipment, has great political and economic significance. Its greatest feature is that it can withstand a variety of acid corrosion, if used properly, a few years without repairs.
