本文对东北龙胆(Gentiana manshurica)的生长规律进行了研究,结果表明:地上生物量随生长期的推移逐渐增加,至现蕾期趋于稳定;地下生物量变化相对平缓或趋下降。在现蕾期摘蕾可以提高东北龙胆地下部分生长量(药用部分)。测定结果表明,86年地下部分增重为原种栽平均重量的6倍左右。
In this paper, the growth of Gentiana manshurica was studied. The results showed that the aboveground biomass increased gradually with the growth period and stabilized to the budding stage. The variation of underground biomass was relatively gentle or declining. In budding stage, buds can increase the growth of the underground part of the northeast gentian (medicinal part). Determination results show that the 86-year underground part of the original weight gain of about 6 times the average weight.
