在学校的管理工作中,学生教学管理占据着十分重要的地位,管理工作成效好坏直接影响到学校的教学质量。学生在学校中除了学习知识以外,还需要在学校生活,学校就像是一个大家庭一样,只有学生教学管理工作得当,建立完善的学生管理体系,才能保证学校的各项工作正常运转,教学工作高效开展,为社会输送更多的优秀人才。但是,就当前学生教学管理现状来看,其中仍然存在一系列问题,在不同程度上影响着教学管理成效,不利于学校的持续发展。由此,本文主要就学生教学管理进行分析,结合实际情况,就其中存在的问题寻求合理解决对策,以求培养更多高素质人才。
