为探讨增龄对血清促黄体生成素(LH)生物活性的影响及补肾法的调节作用,分别采用放免法(RIA)和大鼠间质细胞睾酮测定法(RICT)作了48例不同年龄男性血清LH免疫测定和生物测定,发现与成年组(≤44岁)比较,增龄组(≥50岁)免疫测定值(I-LH)虽呈上升趋势,但生物测定值(B-LH)却呈下降趋势,B-LH/I-LH比值明显降低(P<0.01),表明男性血清LH生物活性随增龄下降,不再具备成年时相应的对性腺的刺激作用。服用补肾方葆春丸后,增龄组血清LH生物活性明显上升(P<0.05),血清睾酮(T)也显著升高(P<0.01),治疗后用药组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),表明补肾法具有多层次调节衰老性腺轴功能的作用。
