南宋诗人叶绍翁,字嗣宗、号靖逸,福建浦城人,绍熙五年(1194年)生,卒年不详。绍翁本姓李,其祖父李颖士,政和五年(1115年)进士,曾任处州(今浙江丽水)刑曹,后知余姚。建炎三年(1129年),抗金有功,擢升大理寺丞、刑部郎中,因赵鼎【山西闻喜人,哲宗三年(1085)年生,崇宁元年进士,绍兴四年(1134年)升参知政事,绍兴五年拜左相,因反对朝廷与金人议和,与高宗、秦桧不合,被贬广东潮州吉阳,不食而死。】事案牵连被贬。
