前年,我们对吉林市橡胶厂炼胶车间118名(男70,女48)炼胶工人鼻咽喉疾病进行了调查。年龄21～55岁,工龄3月～30年,除一般检查外,选择性的做了鼻窦拍片,全部做了嗅觉检查和鼻粘液pH值测定。另外,对机修车间42名(男41,女1)工人做了对照检查。炼胶车间总发病数105例,占88.98％,机修车间总发病数24例,占57.14％。调查情况 1.自觉症状:炼胶车间中鼻干燥66例,鼻阻塞67例,头痛40例,脓性鼻涕22例,血性鼻涕18例,清水样鼻涕7例,嗅觉障碍19例,鼻痒6例,打喷嚏9例,咽干燥60例,咽喉异物感52例,咽痛32例,声哑5例。机修车间:鼻干燥5例,鼻阻塞8例,脓性鼻涕2例,打喷嚏1例,嗅觉障碍2例,头痛4例,咽干燥3例,咽痛6例,咽喉异物感2例。

Machine shop: 5 cases of nasal dryness, nasal obstruction in 8 cases, 2 cases of purulent nasal discharge, 1 case of sneezing, 2 cases of olfactory disturbance, 4 cases of headache, 3 cases of pharynx dryness, sore throat in 6 cases, 2 cases of throat foreign body sensation.
