一、积累法。从宏观和从广义上说,积累是通讯员抓报道线索的必要准备。但笔者认为,这是一个通讯员提高水平和做好报道工作的基础。积累法,要求通讯员从开始接手通讯报道工作那一天起,就要对自己单位的、所有的自然状况进行了解。如工厂的通讯员,则要求从全厂职工队伍状况,包括他们的文化程度,技术水平;工厂的历史及发展情况;工人福利待遇情况;离退休人员情况;计划生育情况;全厂各车间的设备情况;工厂党团员骨干情况;细到工人的家庭情况;他们的住房情况等等,还可以列出许多项目。
