曲尼司特胶囊为一新的平喘药。其含量测定常用薄层色谱法和中和法。本文采用紫外分光光度法对曲尼司特胶囊进行定量测定。测定波长３３４ｎｍ，结果回收率为９９．４６％，ＲＳＤ为１．８７％（ｎ＝５），标准曲线呈良好的线性（ｒ＝０．９９９９）。本方法简捷、准确。
Tranilast capsule is a new antiasthmatic agent. Its content determination commonly used thin layer chromatography and neutralization method. In this paper, UV spectrophotometry Tranilast capsules quantitative determination. The detection wavelength was 334nm. The recovery was 99.46% with RSD of 1.87% (n = 5). The calibration curve showed a good linearity (r = 0.9999). This method is simple and accurate.
