本文结合压力测量讨论了移相振荡器的基本原理,提出了振荡频率表达式。讨论了振荡频率输出非线性产生的原因,介绍了一种简便的线性化方法。以应变式压力传感器为压力敏感元件,配合移相振荡器,在输出频率为中心频率的20%范围内,非线性误差小于带宽的±0.125%。
This paper discusses the basic principle of the phase-shifted oscillator with pressure measurement and puts forward the expression of oscillation frequency. The reason of non-linearity of oscillation frequency output is discussed, and a simple and linear method is introduced. With the strain gauge pressure sensor as the pressure sensitive element, with the phase shift oscillator, the output frequency is within 20% of the center frequency, the nonlinear error is less than ± 0.125% of the bandwidth.
