目的:研究牛磺酸对动脉粥样硬化模型兔的抗炎作用。方法:取兔随机分为空白对照组、模型组和牛磺酸高、低剂量(4、2 g.d-1)组,每组10只,除空白对照组喂饲普通饲料外,其余3组喂饲高脂饲料,同时牛磺酸2个剂量组分别喂饲相应药物,12周后处死,观察各组兔主动脉细胞形态学改变,采用免疫组化法检测血管切片中炎症标记物巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)、白细胞介素(IL)8水平,采用夹心酶联免疫吸附法测定血清中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)α水平。结果:与空白对照组比较,其余3组的主动脉内膜厚度、内膜/中膜厚度比及MIF、IL-8和TNF-α水平的表达均显著升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,牛磺酸高、低剂量组的主动脉内膜厚度、内膜/中膜厚度比及MIF、IL-8和TNF-α水平的表达均显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:牛磺酸可能具有抗炎性因子MIF、IL-8、TNF-α的作用,从而对动脉粥样硬化产生预防作用。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory effect of taurine on atherosclerotic rabbits. Methods: Rabbits were randomly divided into blank control group, model group and taurine high and low dose (4, 2 gd-1) group, 10 rats in each group. Results: Compared with the blank control group, the aortic intima thickness, intima / media thickness ratio and the expression of MIF, IL-8 and TNF-α in the other three groups were significantly increased (P <0.01) The aortic intima thickness, intima / media thickness ratio, and the levels of MIF, IL-8 and TNF-αwere significantly decreased in the high and low doses of taurine group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Taurine may have anti-inflammatory cytokines MIF, IL-8 and TNF-α, which may prevent atherosclerosis.
