采用多样性指数对47份沿江地区糯玉米核心种质的花期相关性状和淀粉黏度性状进行多样性分析。结果表明:沿江地区糯玉米核心种质花期相关性状和淀粉黏度性状均存在丰富的多样性;两类性状中,吐丝期、散粉期、峰值黏度和谷值黏度的多样性指数(H′)较高,分别为1.98、1.96、2.03和1.91。基于两类性状将供试种质分别聚为3类,其中基于花期相关性状的第I类群花期较早,第II类群为中间型,第III类群花期较迟;基于淀粉黏度性状的第I类群为淀粉黏度RVA特征值较好的优质种质,第II类群黏度性状一般,第III类群黏度性状较差。育种中可根据育种目标选择特异种质进行种质改良与优良杂交组合的选配。
The diversity index of flowering-related traits and starch viscosity traits in 47 core collections of waxy corn in the Yangtze River was analyzed by using diversity index. The results showed that both the flowering-related traits and the starch viscosity traits of waxy corn core collection in the Yangtze River region were rich in diversity. Based on the two traits, the tested germplasms were grouped into three categories. The viscosity traits of Group II are generally poor, and the viscosity of Group III is poor. Breeding can be based on the breeding target selection of germplasm for germplasm improvement and selection of excellent hybrid combinations.
