通过对结构用碳素钢(St37系列)的成分和性能进行的详细分析,以及合同用户的要求,其系列产品退火工艺制度还有可以优化的空间,并可进一步提高生产效率和产品质量。因此,本论文在总结以往工作经验的基础上,以理论分析数据为基础,着重对罩式退火炉的以下退火工艺制度以及平整延伸率进行改进和优化,并通过最终的性能测试来认定优化结果。
Through detailed analysis of the composition and properties of structural carbon steel (St37 series), as well as the requirements of contract users, there is still room for optimization of the annealing process of the series of products and the further improvement of production efficiency and product quality. Therefore, on the basis of summarizing previous working experience, based on the theoretical analysis data, this dissertation focuses on improving and optimizing the following annealing process system and flattening elongation rate of the bell-type annealing furnace and confirms the optimization result through the final performance test .
