本文通过自然吸入染尘制备矽肺大鼠模型,研究大鼠肺局部免疫功能的变化。结果表明吸入石英粉尘后动物血清中IgG水平、肺灌洗液IgG、IgM含量、肺灌洗液、肺组织、肺引流淋巴结中总细胞数、淋巴细胞数,肺引流淋巴结中CD3+、CD4+、B淋巴细胞数显著高于二氧化钛和/或单纯空气组。实验说明矽肺动物肺局部出现免疫球蛋白上升、淋巴细胞尤其是CD4+和B细胞数异常增多等现象。提出矽肺肺脏细胞免疫功能减弱的原因可能与肺组织以及肺引流淋巴结中Th细胞亚群数量和比例异常有关的假设。
