肾上腺素对心脏骤停(CA)患儿心肺脑复苏(CPCR)产生有益作用,已为临床所公认,但长期以来习惯使用的标准剂量肾上腺素(SDE)均偏小,近年来国内外许多学者认为大剂量肾上腺素(HDE)对自主循环有较好的改善作用。现将我院1991年4月～1996年5月应用HDE抢救小儿心脏骤停80例治疗结果报告如下,并结合文献进行讨论。 临床资料和方法
