本文将研究如图1a所示梁柱节点的强度。这种节点是在预制构件中将受力钢筋伸出作为预留连接钢筋,并在构件间现浇一小段混凝土加以连接。它的抗剪强度,由预制和现浇混凝土间的抗滑能力,以及通过接缝的钢筋切向承载力或“锚栓作用”决定。试验分析在里兹大学进行了80个试验。试验中,在预制梁端部浇制一个连接块,并把它支在模拟预制柱顶的混凝土立方体上,如图2所示。在梁跨中点加荷。
This article will study the strength of the beam-column nodes shown in Figure 1a. This kind of node is to extend the stressed steel reinforcement in the prefabricated component as reserved connection reinforcement, and connect a small amount of concrete in-situ between the components. Its shear strength is determined by the anti-sliding ability between precast and cast-in-place concrete, as well as the tangential bearing capacity or “anchor bolting effect” of the reinforcement through joints. Experimental analysis 80 trials were conducted at the University of Leeds. In the test, a connection block was cast on the end of the prefabricated beam and supported on a concrete cube that simulated the top of the precast column, as shown in FIG. 2 .
