报告了掺氧LiF晶体中F2 心稳定性的实验研究,讨论了F2 心的衰减及其受氧稳定的机理。实验结果表明,LiF晶体中F2 心的衰减过程为二级反应。掺氧LiF与未掺氧者相比,F2 心衰减反应的激活能大约提高0.2电子伏,而速率常数则显著变小。最后给出了这两种晶体中的F2 心的结合能之差及电子亲和能之差的理论估计值。
