新课程改革及义务教育均衡发展实施以来,中小学语文教学在教学内容及教学方式上有了跨越式的转变。然而,在实际教学工作中,仍有部分农村中小学语文教师教学方式转变缓慢,甚至裹足不前。而一大部分学校因学生数减少已变为小规模学校,全校都是30人以下的小班额。在此背景下,近年来,经历反思、问卷调查、课堂教学实践活动等方式,从教师结构、教学观念转变、教学目标定位、教学手段更新等方面对农村中小学语文教学工作进行了研讨,发现农村中小学语文教文方式转变存在以下困境。
Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform and the balanced development of compulsory education, Chinese teaching in primary and secondary schools has seen a leap in teaching content and teaching methods. However, in actual teaching work, the teaching methods of some Chinese teachers in primary and secondary schools have been slow to change, and they have been slow to make progress. A large number of schools have become small-scale schools because of a decrease in the number of students. The entire school is a small class of 30 or less. Under this background, in recent years, through reflection, questionnaire surveys, and classroom teaching practice activities, we have studied the teaching of Chinese in rural primary and secondary schools from the aspects of teacher structure, teaching conception, positioning of teaching objectives, and renewal of teaching methods. The following dilemmas exist in the transformation of the Chinese language teaching style in rural primary and secondary schools.
