从1988年年初Maeda首次报道无稀土的BiSrCaCuO新体系超导材料开始,国际上对Bi系超导体进行了许多研究。该体系块状材料在110K附近可发生电阻陡降,但一般要到80K左右电阻才能达到零,总是伴有一个电阻“尾巴”。4月初,我们研究小组首次获得零电阻温度在110K以上的BiSrCaCuO超导块体,成功地割去了电阻“尾巴”。本文将进一步报道零电阻温度为111K的Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O超导块材的主要物性并给出具体的合成工艺。
Starting from the first report of Maeda in early 1988 on rare earth-based BiSrCaCuO superconducting materials, many researches on Bi-based superconductors have been carried out internationally. The bulk material in the system can occur in the vicinity of 110K sharp drop in resistance, but generally to about 80K resistance to reach zero, always accompanied by a resistance “tail.” In early April, our research team first obtained BiSrCaCuO superconducting blocks with zero-resistance temperature above 110K, successfully cutting off the resistance “tail”. This article will further report the main physical properties of the Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O superconducting bulk material with a zero-resistance temperature of 111K and give the specific synthesis process.
