创新药物研发能力标志着一个国家生物医药产业发展水平的高低。随着“十一五”重大新药创制措施的实施,我国的创新药物研究开发有了重大的进展,但是与世界医药强国相比还有很多差距。通过与西方发达国家对比分析,发现我国创新药物研究开发及技术转移存在的问题和原因,建议发挥我国天然药物研究得天独厚的优势,建立有中国特色的创新药物研究开发体系,逐步形成以企业投入为主、政府扶持为辅、科研单位积极支持的产、学、研相结合,与国际接轨的创新药物研发体系和创新药物的技术转移产业化模式,必将加快我国创新药物的研究开发及技术转移。
Innovative drug research and development capabilities mark the level of development of a national biomedical industry. With the implementation of the “Eleventh Five-Year” major new drug creation measures, great progress has been made in the research and development of innovative drugs in China, but there are still many gaps compared with the world’s pharmaceutical powerhouse. Through comparative analysis with western developed countries, we found out the problems and causes of R & D and technology transfer of innovative drugs in our country, and proposed that we should give full play to the advantages of natural medicine research in our country and establish an innovative drug research and development system with Chinese characteristics. With the support from the government, the government and the scientific research institutes, the combination of production, study and research, the innovative drug research and development system that is in line with the international standards and the technology transfer and industrialization model of innovative medicines will speed up the research and development and technology transfer of innovative drugs in China .
