目的观察营养护理应用于终末期肾病血液透析患者对生活质量的影响。方法拟选取2015年1月~2016年1月在我院接受血液透析的70例终末期肾病患者为研究对象,将运用营养护理的35例患者作为本次研究观察组,剩下35例接受常规护理患者纳入对照组,将两组患者营养状况与生活质量评分作以比较。结果观察组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论营养护理是改善终末期肾病血液透析患者营养状况,提高患者生活质量的有效护理方法,具有较高临床实用性与推广价值。
Objective To observe the effect of nutritional nursing on quality of life in patients with end stage renal disease and hemodialysis. Methods Seventy patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were enrolled in this study. Twenty-five patients undergoing nutritional nursing were enrolled in this study. The remaining 35 patients underwent routine Nursing patients were included in the control group, the nutritional status of both groups and quality of life for comparison. Results All dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Nutritional nursing is an effective nursing method to improve the nutritional status of patients with end stage renal disease and improve the quality of life of patients with hemodialysis. It has high clinical utility and promotion value.
