养老保险制度不仅是市场经济体制的重要组成部分,也是保持社会稳定与经济发展必不可少的社会制度。对养老保险制度的研究不能只注重于养老保险制度确立的问题,其运行与组织管理效率的测算与评估也应该受到学者们的广泛关注。本文利用DEA模型对江苏省城镇职工基本养老保险制度运行效率进行测算,并对不同区域间的运行效率状况进行系统分析,为更加深入分析江苏省养老保险制度优化、制度内涵以及为提高制度运行效率提出建议。
The pension insurance system is not only an important part of the market economy system, but also a social system that is essential to maintaining social stability and economic development. The study of the pension insurance system can not only focus on the problems established by the pension insurance system, but also should pay close attention to the measurement and evaluation of its operation and management efficiency. In this paper, we use DEA model to calculate the operating efficiency of basic pension insurance system for urban workers in Jiangsu Province, and systematically analyze the operating efficiency of different regions. In order to further analyze the system optimization and system connotation of pension insurance in Jiangsu Province and to improve the efficiency of system operation make a suggestion.
