我国六所广播电视大学顺应时代所需,坚守终身教育,服务学习型社会,在原有基础之上努力建成了服务全民终身学习的新型大学——开放大学。在新常态背景下,贵州广播电视大学应积极适应、主动把握、科学引领,遵循新型大学发展的总体要求和目标任务,提高认识,实时创新发展战略,加强开放大学发展的顶层设计;完善基础设施,提升服务能力;聚合优质教育资源,提供多样化教育需求;加强专业课程建设,创新教育教学模式;加强队伍建设,提升开放大学教育管理水平。
