对铁牛 55型拖拉机悬挂机构进行运动分析,利用提升杆与下拉杆铰接点建立两个四杆机构的内在联系,为悬挂机构的优化设计提供简捷途径。结果表明:提升杆长度的变化对提升能力影响很小;提升杆与下拉杆的铰接点距下拉杆回转铰链点的合理距离为470 m m ,相应的提升能力较原设计提高7.12% 。
The analysis on the tractor suspension mechanism of Tieniu 55 tractor makes use of the articulation point between the lifting rod and the pull rod to establish the internal connection of the two four-bar mechanism, providing a simple and convenient way for the optimization design of the suspension mechanism. The results show that the change of lifting rod length has little effect on the lifting ability. The reasonable distance between the lifting point and the lower rod hinge point is about 470 m m and the corresponding lifting capacity is 7.12% higher than the original design.
