许多老年高血压病患者在西药治疗后，血压虽然下降，但是，由于靶器官灌注不足而引起的头晕、耳鸣，心悸、失眠，乏力，腰、膝酸软等症状仍然存在，严重影响患者的生活质量和治疗信心。笔者自拟“扶正固本，调和阴阳”方，配合西药治疗老年高血压患者30例，疗效颇佳，介绍如下：
