劳动部劳办锅字(1992)18号《关于在用锅炉压力容器安全阀校验的若干意见》(简称《若干意见》)中对弹簧的规定是:“弹簧直接载荷式安全阀在整定压力时,弹簧的压缩量加上安全阀设计开启高度应不大于弹簧并紧时变形量的80%”。为执行这一规定,有的单位采用的弹簧全压缩量测试方法是,在安全阀解体、修理、装配后。①将调节螺杆拧至与上弹簧盘凹窝接触,弹簧处于自由状态(不受外力)。测出调节螺杆露出法兰盖顶部平面高度H_0。②拧紧调节螺杆直至弹簧并
The Ministry of Labor Lao Pan Gu Zi (1992) No. 18, “Several Views on the Verification of Pressure Vessels Safety Valves Used in Boilers” (the “Several Opinions”) stipulates that the spring is: “Spring loaded safety valve in setting Pressure, the amount of compression spring together with the design of the safety valve opening height should not exceed 80% of the deformation of the spring and tight ”.
