话说知识经济(1)预言未来的时代先驱勾画蓝图的不朽之作所谓知识经济就是以知识作为资本的经济,也就是以知识作为经济发展动力的经济。人类文明以来,至今经历了三个时代,即农业经济时代、工业经济时代和现在的知识经济时代。实际上,这只是一种纵向的划分,当今时代正是三种经济形态即农业经济、工业经济和知识经济并存的时代。知识经济就是信息经济。知识是信息的一种表示形式,或称存在形式,是信息的一种文化形态。知识经济一词源于英文The Knowledge-based Economy,直译就是基于知识的经济,它是1997年初由联合国经济合作与发展组织OECD(Organization for EconomicCo-operation and Development)在其年度报告《1996年科学、技术和产业展望》中首次提出来的。几

Human civilization, has gone through three times so far, that is, agricultural economy, industrial economy and the current era of knowledge economy. In fact, this is only a kind of vertical division. Today’s era is exactly the time when three kinds of economic forms, that is, agricultural economy, industrial economy and knowledge economy coexist. Knowledge economy is the information economy. Knowledge is a form of information, or existential form, which is a cultural form of information. The term “knowledge economy” is derived from The Knowledge-based Economy in English. Literal translation is a knowledge-based economy. It was first published by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in its annual report 1997, Technology and Industry Outlook "first proposed. a few
