西汉女性参政的主体来自广泛的社会阶层,从皇亲国戚到官僚、平民家庭的女性,均具有较强的参政意识,参与了相关的政治活动。因西汉的蓬勃发展,各民族的密切交往,较开明、包容的思想观念,中央集权的君主专制政体与宗法制相结合的政治制度,西汉女性较高的社会地位和才能等因素相互作用,对西汉女性参政造成影响。西汉女性参政对当代社会发展提供了有益的启示,主要体现在培养女性参政意识、纯洁参政动机、端正参政目的、解放思想、开辟参政途径以及促进社会各阶层女性广泛参政等方面。
The main body of women’s participation in politics in the Western Han Dynasty came from a wide range of social strata. Women from royal families to bureaucrats and civilian families all had strong political awareness and participated in relevant political activities. Due to the vigorous development of the Western Han Dynasty, the close contacts among all ethnic groups, the more open and inclusive ideas and concepts, the centralized political monarchy and the political system combining the patriarchal clan system, the higher social status and talents of the Western Han Dynasty women and other factors, Western Han women affected by politics. Women’s participation in politics in the Western Han Dynasty provided useful enlightenment to the development of contemporary society. It mainly embodies in cultivating the awareness of women’s political participation, the motive of pure participation in politics, the purpose of correcting politics, emancipating the mind, opening up channels for participating in politics and promoting the broad participation of women at all levels of society.
