采用紫外-可见吸收光谱法,测定了氨基磺酸盐减水剂(AS)对水泥颗粒表面的吸附量,探讨了活性TH粉掺量对水泥吸附特性的影响,并对不同活性TH粉掺量的水泥净浆流动度进行了测试,研究了AS减水剂极限吸附量与流动度的关系。结果表明:水泥对AS的吸附量随初始浓度的增大而增大;对AS的吸附量与极限吸附量随水化时间的延长而增大;随活性TH粉掺量的增加,水泥对减水剂的极限吸附量逐渐减少,且水泥的初始流动度增大,流动度经时损失减小,即活性TH粉可以改善水泥与AS高效减水剂相容性。
The adsorption amount of sulfamate superplasticizer (AS) on the surface of cement particles was measured by ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy. The influence of the content of TH powder on the adsorption properties of cement was discussed. And the content of TH powder The fluidity of cement paste was tested. The relationship between the maximum adsorption capacity of AS water reducer and the fluidity was studied. The results show that the adsorption capacity of AS increases with the initial concentration of cement, the adsorption capacity and adsorption capacity of AS increase with the extension of hydration time. With the increase of TH content, The maximum adsorption capacity of the liquid agent is gradually reduced, the initial fluidity of the cement increases, and the loss of fluidity decreases with time. That is, the active TH powder can improve the compatibility of the cement with the AS superplasticizer.
