电磁方法刺激骨愈合的机理尚不十分清楚,最近研究发现电磁可通过诱导骨生成细胞产生各种骨生长因子,如胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ( I G FⅡ)、骨形态发生蛋白( B M P)和β转化生长因子( T G Fβ)等参与骨愈合及改建。本文介绍了几种重要的骨生长因子以及电磁诱导骨生成细胞产生骨生长因子的研究进展。
Electromagnetic method to stimulate bone healing mechanism is not yet clear, the recent study found that electromagnetic induction of osteogenic cells can produce a variety of bone growth factors, such as insulin-like growth factor Ⅱ (IGF), bone morphogenetic protein (B M P) and β-transforming growth factor (TGF-β) participate in bone healing and remodeling. This article describes several important bone growth factors and electromagnetically induced bone formation of bone cells to produce bone growth factors.
