循环流化床燃煤发电技术所产生的固硫灰颗粒疏松多孔、需水量高,其含有一定量的SO_3和f-CaO以及烧粘土类物质,使其具有自激发、自硬化和自膨胀性能。固硫灰直接大掺量用于建筑材料中,可能会导致工作性和耐久性不良。复合改性是改善固硫灰性能的有效方式,考虑到磷渣具有较好缓凝减水作用,该研究在固硫灰中掺入磷渣,以期改善固硫灰和磷渣各自性能的不足。结果表明:固硫灰中掺入磷渣,其需水量比降低,活性指数提高,与外加剂的适应性变好,混凝土的工作性和力学性能明显改善;磷渣、固硫灰可以起到相互激发的作用,磷渣粉的掺入有助于促进固硫灰的水化反应程度。
The particles of sulfur-fixing ash produced by circulating fluidized bed coal-fired power generation technology are loose and porous with high water demand. They contain a certain amount of SO_3 and f-CaO and burnt clay substances to make them self-excited, self-hardening and self-expanding . The direct use of sulfur-fixing ash in building materials can lead to poor workability and durability. Composite modification is an effective way to improve the performance of sulfur-fixing ash. Considering that phosphorus slag has good retarding and water-reducing effect, this research incorporates phosphorus slag into sulfur-fixing ash to improve the performance of sulfur-fixing ash and phosphorus slag . The results show that the phosphorous slag mixed with sulfur slag has a lower water demand ratio, higher activity index, better adaptability with additives and better workability and mechanical properties of concrete. Phosphorus slag and sulfur-fixing ash can play a role of Mutual excitation of the role of phosphorus slag powder will help to promote the incorporation of sulfur hydration reaction.
