In the junior middle schools below the township level, some teachers tend to think of the number of students in the classroom, the progress in class, the number of homework assignments, and the test scores, even if they have performed due diligence. As a result, the feelings that people often get are always: There are too many things that are unfavorable, there are a large number of poor students, it is difficult to translate them, and the quality of education and teaching can only be “satisfied”. One of the most important reasons for this is to ignore the transformation of poor students and to not really activate the enthusiasm of this class of students. In practice, I have learned that to run schools well, to make schools lively, and to improve the quality of education and teaching, and to implement the basic concept of modern education that is oriented toward all students, one should “take a smile and treat poor students”.
