目的:探索中医医院人力资源管理的新模式,提高中医医疗人员的服务质量,为广大群众提供优质的中医医疗服务。方法:参考论著及相关文献,融合国外JCI标准中关于医院员工资格与教育的相关要求,结合中医医院人力资源管理的实际情况,提出中医医院人力资源管理的新模式。结果:通过融合JCI标准中的相关要求,在理论上能够很好的提高中医医院人力资源管理的效率。结论:结合JCI标准与中医医院的实际情况,是改善中医医院人力资源管理的有效方法。
Objective: To explore a new model of human resources management in TCM hospitals, to improve the service quality of TCM practitioners and to provide the masses with high-quality TCM services. Methods: With reference to the treatises and related literatures, the paper combined the relevant requirements of the foreign JCI standards on the qualifications and education of hospital staffs and proposed a new model of human resources management in Chinese medicine hospitals based on the actual situation of human resources management in Chinese medicine hospitals. Results: By integrating the relevant requirements of the JCI standard, it is theoretically possible to improve the efficiency of human resource management in TCM hospitals. Conclusion: Combining the JCI standard with the actual situation of TCM hospitals is an effective way to improve human resources management in TCM hospitals.
