目前我国高炉装料装置,绝大多数是单室钟式炉顶,大钟寿命、炉顶压力和径向布料,没有满足高炉现代化生产要求。我国当前具体条件是炉料品种杂,原料处理设施水平低,特别对于热矿、湿泥巴矿及大块度附加料等,钟式炉顶相对有较大适应性,且现有高炉斜桥与炉口钢圈间净空都较小,因此尽管无钟炉顶有其优越性,但近期还不能普遍推广。钟式炉顶在我国将较长时期大量存在,改进这种炉顶对提高我国高炉生产效率有重大现实意义。这方面国内已有许多成功经验,例如:大钟采用双折角并增大接触角度;刚性钟配弹性斗;大钟
