丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza)为唇形科植物丹参的干燥根。内含主要活性成分为丹参酮甲、丹参酮乙、丹参酮丙、隐丹参酮等,分子中均有个呋喃并菲的母核,并有邻醌式结构。由于丹参有活血化瘀的功能,能扩张冠脉与增进冠脉血流量,并能改善心脏收缩力、减慢心率,使心脏功能获得明显改善。故临床上用于治疗心绞痛及心肌梗塞等症。维生素C亦称抗坏血酸,为一强还原剂,易受光、热、氧化剂等的破坏,易溶于水而制成注射液。据文献报道,含醌式结构的药物与维生素C混合(或并用),易发生氧化还原反应,而导致两药效果降低,若将丹参针(或复方丹参针)与维生素C同
