目的 探讨骨间前神经综合征的解剖学基础。方法 解剖48侧(左右各24侧)成人防腐固定标本。结果 骨间前神经主干邻近腱性结构有旋前圆肌纤维桥(58.3%),尺骨头浅面腱膜(93.7%),联合腱板(83.3%)和指浅屈肌纤维弓(91.2%),横过骨间前神经的拇长屈肌副头(66.7%),及少见的尺侧副血管,小束肌肉或纤维结构。77%骨间前神经干走在桡骨颈前方。结论 骨间前神经主干邻近的腱性结构及距离桡骨颈近可能是致骨间前神经综合征的解剖基础。
Objective To investigate the anatomic basis of anterior interosseous neural syndrome. Methods 48 anatomical specimens of adult anticorrosive were dissected on 48 sides (left and right sides of 24 sides). Results The anterior pronator of the anterior interosseous nerve was composed of anterior pronator fibula bridge (58.3%), ulnar aponeurosis (93.7%), joint tendon plate (83.3%) and superficial flexor fiber arch (91.2%), The lesser flexor halves (66.7%) traversing the anterior interosseous nerve, and the rare ulnar accessory vessels, fascicles or fibrous structures. 77% of the anterior interosseous nerve trunk walking in front of the radial neck. Conclusion The adjacent tendon structure of the anterior interosseous nerve and its proximity to the radial neck may be the anatomic basis of anterior interosseous neural syndrome.
