患者,男,16岁,腰痛伴左大腿前内侧疼痛10个月。于2003年11月20日在当地医院检查发现腰背部包块,穿刺检查抽出鲜红动脉血,且出血迅速。结合影像资料,诊断为动脉瘤样骨囊肿,行放射治疗1个月(放射剂量不祥),于2003年11月24日转入我院。查体:腰背部于L2～L3水平明显隆起,可触及质韧包块,大小约7×5×3cm,轻压痛,较固定,腰椎活动无限制,
Patient, male, 16 years old, with back pain and anterolateral left thigh Pain for 10 months. On November 20, 2003 in the local hospital examination revealed lumbar and back mass, puncture check out the red artery, and rapid bleeding. Combined with imaging data, the diagnosis of aneurysmal bone cyst, line radiotherapy for 1 month (ominous radiation dose), on November 24, 2003 transferred to our hospital.
