用 OPM组 2 0种碱基随机引物对采自海南洋浦的马氏珠母贝 (Pinctada martensii)和解氏珠母贝(P.chemmitri)天然群体进行 RAPD分析 ,其中 6种引物扩增有效。这 6种引物对马氏珠母贝和解氏珠母贝的总扩增带数分别为 5 2条和 5 8条。每一引物的扩增带数为 3~ 16条 ,同一引物对两种贝类的扩增带数不同 (OPM19除外 ) ,对两贝类的扩增带型也有较大差异。群体内的各个个体 (实验个体为 10个 ) RAPD扩增带谱全部呈多态 ,表明在同一群体中 ,各个体存在着明显的个体特征带。由于样品数量及引物数均少 ,2种贝类各自种群的共同特征尚未能确定。
RAPD analysis was carried out on natural populations of Pinctada martensii and P.chemmitri collected from Yangpu, Hainan Province using 20 random primers from OPM group, of which six primers were effective for amplification. The total number of bands amplified by these six primers was 52 and 58, respectively. The number of amplified bands per primer ranged from 3 to 16, with the same primer pairs of two types of shellfish with different numbers of bands (except OPM19), the amplification of two shellfish bands are also quite different. All the individuals (10 individuals in the experiment) in the population all showed polymorphism in the bands of RAPD amplification, indicating that individuals in the same group had obvious individual characteristic bands. Due to the small number of samples and the low number of primers, the common characteristics of the two species of shellfish have not yet been determined.
