目前,大连华锐重工集团股份有限公司重型热处理厂(简称华锐重工热处理厂)有员工220人,如何让员工凝心聚力、安心踏实地工作学习,工厂管理者在不断探索着。2011年,国际经济形势持续走低,工厂生产运营面临着严峻挑战。在这特殊时期,工厂管理者及时调整发展思路,把对员工的思想政治教育列入到管理日程当中。2011年至2012年,工厂组织开展员工思想政治教育和职业化培训82项,培训教育课时617课时,受教育人次1485人次。在教育培训过程中,工厂特别注重员工职业技能的提升,2012年5月开展了
