公开搜查作为一种侦查措施,在案件侦查的各个环节均可应用,是公开侦查措施中最重要的措施之一。本文从侦查思维的角度研究公开搜查这一侦查措施,着力探讨公开搜查思维的应用问题。
Public search as a detection measure, which can be applied in all aspects of case investigation, is one of the most important measures in open investigation. This paper studies the investigation of public search from the perspective of investigative thinking and tries hard to discuss the application of open search.
