目的探讨注射用重组人白介素-2(125Ala)皮损内注射治疗跖疣的临床效果。方法选择2015年1月—12月收治的跖疣患者80例,按照就诊顺序分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组给予二氧化碳激光治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用125 Ala局部疣体皮损内注射,比较干预后两组IL-2、IFN-γ及干扰素-α(IFN-α)水平变化情况,统计两组治疗后复发率及临床效果。计量资料比较采用t检验,计数资料比较采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果治疗后,观察组IL-2、IFN-γ及IFN-α水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后1月、6月及12月,观察组复发比例均低于对照组(均P<0.05),观察组有效率(97.5%)高于对照组(75.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论局部皮损内注射125 Ala治疗跖疣,能有效提高体内IL-2、IFN-γ及IFN-α水平,提高临床治疗效果,减少复发率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of injection of recombinant human interleukin-2 (125Ala) in the treatment of plantar warts. Methods Eighty patients with plantar warts admitted from January 2015 to December 2015 were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of treatment, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with carbon dioxide laser. The observation group was injected with 125 Ala local wart on the basis of the control group. The levels of IL-2, IFN-γ and IFN-α in the two groups were compared after intervention The relapse rate and clinical effect of two groups were statistically analyzed. Measurement data were compared using t test, count data were compared using χ2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results After treatment, the levels of IL-2, IFN-γ and IFN-α in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The rates of recurrence in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at January, June and December (P <0.05). The effective rate in the observation group (97.5%) was higher than that in the control group (75.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion 125 Ala treatment of plantar warts in the local lesion can effectively increase the level of IL-2, IFN-γ and IFN-α in vivo and improve the clinical curative effect and reduce the recurrence rate.
