经阴道超声双氧水造影对输卵管阻塞的研究

目的评价双氧水子宫腔造影在输卵管阻塞中的诊断及治疗作用.方法经阴道超声监视下115例不孕症患者使用双氧水行子宫输卵管声学造影.结果 115例患者中,59例双侧输卵管通畅,15例双侧输卵管不通,11例单侧输卵管不通,7例单侧输卵管通畅或单侧通而不畅,23例双侧输卵管通而不畅.结论经阴道超声监视下,子宫输卵管造影术为不孕症的诊断及治疗提供了一种比较简便、实用的新方法.
